Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Doordash, Flex, etc.) is considered self-employmed and we must have 2 years of tax returns showing profit;
Disabled Veteran or Retieree and recieving pension, social security, and/or disability benefits.
β Any Bankruptcies must have been discharged for AT LEAST 2 YEARS
β Can not have any pending disputed accounts on your credit report. Any disputes must be resolved or removed (removing disputes could lower your significantly)
β Must have filed income taxes for 2022 and 2023
β Have at least $1,500 of your own money you can contribute to the purchase
